“It is a psychological law that whatever we wish to
accomplish, we must impress on the subjective or subconscious mind.”
-Orison Swett Marden
Okay, so last week, I talked about the conscious and subconscious mind. In this post, you’ll learn about the third mind and how you can use all through three to your benefit.
So, what's this Universal Mind?
The Super-Conscious Mind
The Super-Conscious Mind
This is otherwise referred to as the "God Mind", the
one that converts thoughts into reality. It is the realm of all knowledge and
wisdom but only few know how to voluntarily access it. It's this mind that has
brought into reality everything that you see happening in your life and around
you. It is the highest level of the three minds that, when accessed can provide
solutions to the most pressing issues.
It is the home of all levels of vibrations. All our thoughts are represented as vibrations. When we think, those vibrations tend to meet with other vibrations on our level but have the ability to move to higher levels. What this means is that the level of our thought vibrations in this realm is dependent on how stimulated our mind is and how predominant that thought is.
Geniuses often have access to this higher level of vibration
than any other human. This is why in order to track down a genius (who might be
a villain), you need to use another genius (as a cop or investigator). You can
relate this to the TV series, Prison Break with Alex Mahone tracking Scofield
(I just love those guys).
It's in this realm that ideas flow from one person to another. This is why, when you have an idea, hold on to it and act on it if not, it'll just find someone else vibrating on the same level who will.
The good thing about this mind is that it doesn't bring
anything into your reality without your consent. This shows that you have the
power to determine what happens to you. It all starts with you, the conscious
mind.
How Can You Use These
Servants To Your Benefit?
Now, here comes the interesting part. One thing you should
note is that all these three minds are actually just one mind in three
dimensions.
The normal method of getting thoughts into your subconscious
mind is to make them predominant. Well, there's another way which is much
faster.
When you drift off to
sleep, you partially leave your conscious state of mind. The rule of
predominance also works here, only that it's much faster. The thoughts you feed
yourself with in this state get a fast track into the sub-conscious mind. It's
just like being in a trance. You leave all distractions and oppressive thoughts
behind and you become at rest. This is the best time to give your life
instructions on how you want it to turn out.
This is where positive affirmations come in. By making
positive affirmations on different areas in your life regularly, you trigger
positive results, results that you want to see.
Now you may be wondering, "How do I make positive
affirmations on my life when I'm not even conscious?" You can, but you
have to start the process before you enter this state. As you stay in bed and
recite these affirmations from your head or a book, you might drift off to
sleep. Even as you doze off, you are still conscious of the fact that you are
reading something and you find yourself still reading even though your
concentration reduces. It is during this time that you “hypnotize yourself”.
As you do this often, you might find yourself reciting the affirmations even as you gain consciousness in the morning. Also, don't leave everything to bedtime. Throughout your day, say them to yourself occasionally when you have the chance. This will turn them to predominant thoughts and then will be transferred to the next level.
In other words, the key is stay positive most of the time. I
said most of the time because negative thoughts creep up sometimes (getting rid
of them is not as easy as it sounds). But when you notice that your thoughts
are negative, wave them off and replace them. The more you do this, the more
positive your world would turn out to be. Your mind can change your reality; it
just depends on how you use it.
Do you think I missed
out anything? How else do you think we can influence the thoughts in our
subconscious mind? I’d really love to hear your insightful comments.

Hmm, interesting theories. The God mind and words of affirmation tally with Biblical principles - as a man thinks so is he & we are justified/condemned by our words.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I buy into the theories of a God mind and hypnosis, even though I can understand where they are coming from.
Positive thoughts are important but knowledge, wisdom, understanding and good old hard work also have a crucial part to play.
I interpret what you're saying to mean that try to always think positive thoughts. No one can be in a blissful state all the times. Negative thoughts will always pop into our heads. It's important to recognize them and banish them with the positive affirmations of our life. Good advice.
